Hey there. Not sure what mission you’re referring to so it’s hard to help out. Also you’ve posted in a rather unusual place for help with this.
Sorry, I should have been more clear. It’s the upgrades for the 000 weapons.
I did a search for the 000 weapons, and this was one of the few places anyone was talking about them.

The only way I know to obtain them is mentioned in the first post. No quests involved, you just buy them.
I’m referring to this guide. The upgrades are more money than I have.
The required mobs are marked on Saavick’s Map of Rubi-Ka

That’s just not true. A solor-powered pistol is free and the upgrades are level locked. No twinking involved. The Mist Filled Jar is hard to get only because it’s a random item found in chests level 90+.
000-weapons are found in weapons terminals or at level 110+ you can do the Heath Engineer missions and get it all for FREE.
New players can pick up the Illegally Modified Ofab weapons in the subway. Simple Krutt shotgun mission rewards ? Just gotta blitz missions for upgrades.
