End game Alter is MIA?

I don’t know if this is a setting or if it is bugged or what. I’m on a private server and the alter you use to craft the keystone is gone. I know I’m in the right place. I have all of the parts. IDK what is going on. The alter you craft the keystone in just isn’t there.

It’s on Xbox… Just doesn’t effing work, you out everything in and nothing happens what a waste of money this game has been

i have the same issue on pc it seems the developers removed the altar because the game is simply not complete.

This is just a guess - but perhaps try the Alter of Bats?
