Error Not Paid, while account is payed for next 8 months

Hello i cant able to login into my account. Its payed for next 8 months…I did not get answer form Ticket…Ticketnumber Funcom Support #1097242

Can you please help? It is a bit confusing paying for a game i cant play.

I have the exact same problem, payment is approved of 6 months. But it still says account is frozen (cancelled). But it also says: Membership valid until 2019-06-16 15:12:11.
My ticket number is #1097235

I bought a 12 month membership at 15.30, took 30 mins (I sent a support request then) before I could log in and then at 16.30 I got a email saying my account was frozen as my membership had ended…

My husband is also having the exact same problem…error, not paid. I find it hard to believe that since we last played several years ago, that this problem has not been resolved yet. It is crazy.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in to your accounts. If your account is frozen due to a payment issue, you won’t be able to log in until the freeze is resolved, even if previous paid time is still available. No paid time will expire from the account in the meantime, though - any time which would have expired will be visually returned as soon as the freeze is lifted. Rooibos it its a so unpleasant situation for me. I wirite Twitter, i write email, send you all my persona details, passport, Credit card, tryed it to get you on phone but no response not one single word. This hurts… -.-
