Pretty soon I would say, considering that we got a DevKit already, my guess would be some time next week

gotta have those thralls to carry you coz you can’t do any combat without them 
I estimate at the earliest, 2 weeks from now since dev stream is April 21st. I do not believe they will release the patch the day after the stream but I could be wrong.
Plus I believe they stated they will announce the changes for follower limits on official servers prior to its release so people can prepare for it.
Don’t worry. It should be happening any year now. 
its ridiculous they even left this bug in for like a month. indi devs put so much more effort in fixing game breaking bugs asap, they wouldve gotten it fixed day 1. every day i become less likely to buy triple a company titles. im certainly not gonna buy Dune for the first 3 years.
