Just reiterating the OP… the log has been blank for me since the newest content patch, specifically pets added. Opening it starts to severely lag my game til I quit and rejoin the server.
It puts me at a severe disadvantage in PVP as I can’t see who had raided my buildings, killed my thralls etc.
I am currently trying to find a thrall that disappeared from where I died and I have no way of knowing if something killed it, if it’s returning to a base somewhere or what.
Please fix this, it’s crippling, especially in PVP.
I can’t even play my event log don’t even load anymore, left it on for a half hour no loading… and it i can’t even play now cuz of the lag my character just warps around, can’t open doors. it’s really bad, i tried loggin on another server log works fine just my main on offical 1580
Any possible time frame for the performance issues to be fixed as the 29th the event begins and would be a big shame if i have to miss that because of it, as im unable to play on the server im on because of the issues.
Can report that me and my clanmate have the same issue. Event log is empty, and after that the world around us lags behind about 20s to everything we do, making it unplayable until we relog. So it puts us at a disadvantage as we can’t check if we got attacked or anything. Funny thing is it was fine on tuesday evening when we play, it started on wednesday, as luck would have it just as we were being attacked, but that was just for me. My mate got the bug on thursday. As far as i know there were no client updates at that time so it feels weird that this just happened. Hope it can be solved quickly.
The fact that the event log is broken, that it was rushed, that it was not tested and that it is a total mess content wise has nothing to do with performance. It is actually your event log that is causing the performance issue…
Saying that the programmer who worked on it has nothing to do with DLC is a pretty lame excuse.
Oh and BTW, we are still waiting for a list of known bugs and their status…
I found something strange about this log problem. I have 2 different internet providers, if I use one the log loads immediately without any problem, if I use the other the log does not load and I get 30 secs to 1 minute lag when opening doors. This is reproducible every time.

That is super weird. Not sure if it helps them but I’ll definitely mention it.
Which providers are those? (you can send me a pm of you don’t want to mention publicly and are they very different speed wise? That would be the only reason I could imagine for this to have an impact)
same here, i cannot get any lines on this window. the only thing i seem to get is a massive desync making me unable to interact with doors and making my thralls vanish at my base. It’s really weird have to say.
