Event log states official server admin destroyed my foundation

Just as the title states, from what I’m reading there aren’t admins on official servers but my event log states server admin destroyed my foundation resulting in the entire base being wiped. Im fairly new to the forum so I can’t post pictures but here is a link to my video capture. If anyone can shed some light on what went down here so I can put in the appropriate ticket I would greatly appreciate it.

Well since you were not banned apparently, there really is no ticket for your base getting demolished by an admin.

Only has the option to ask “why was I banned?” and a few others.

Whole Base destroyed

After server restart our entire base, bases, everywhere across the entire map was wiped out and our clan was on last night farming and building, event log said everything lost stability, it’s caused the my friends to now quit the game, why did this happen, why even our small hut away from the main base get destroyed and no it wasn’t decay, almost everything we’ve build was T3 at this point including a Nemedian Inn that took hours to build
