So it sounds like you may have run into the decay system. Has it been a while since you’ve logged in? Have you taken a look at your event log? It should tell you why everything disappeared.
Conan utilizes a decay system to clean up the servers. On official servers, this is usually one week of time before your built items disappear from the server. During the summer it’s extended to two weeks, which should be happening soon if it hasn’t already. To refresh the timer on your buildings, you need to visit them at least once a week (or two of its during the extended time). Your placed thralls (not the crafters) have a two week timer, you simply need to login to your server to refresh them. If you’re playing single player, you can turn decay off so you never have to worry about it.
You can use a repair hammer to check how much time before your builds decay. Also note that a lot of the placeables, especially the larger items, need to be placed on foundations to prevent them from decaying.
*edit- if you’re playing on a pvp server, it’s likely you were raided.
