Exiles camps missing their occupants

Bug Description:

Several exiles camps along ‘noob river’ are missing their spawns. Others are spawning as normal.

Bug Reproduction:

Rode along the beach back from the Dregs towards ‘home’, noticed several camps were empty. Took screenshots - see below.
This first camp should have two exiles, one by the campfire and one walking just down the beach

This second camp should have three exiles and three crocodiles, all are missing

This third camp should have a pair of exiles by the fire (this camp has had this same bug several times over the years, but the other two haven’t had missing spawns before as far as I’m aware)

Ah, that might explain it. (Although, I believe the third one is still a bug either way.) But these camps should have their occupants reinstated when the Hunt event is not on, otherwise it is just a temporary event that removes content from the map the rest of the time, which seems like it shouldn’t be happening.
