Eye of the Watcher

The Eye of the Watcher sword does not dismantle. Is this intended?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Put in dismantle bench, nothing happens.

Last I checked legendary items could not be dismantled unless u missed the change

Just some of them. Those from chests gave Star Metal though I’d like to get Legendary Repair Kits instead

Only the ones can be dismantled which you find in legendary loot chests.
So weapons dropped from bosses, minibosses can not be dismantled as far as I know. At least based on my experiences.
