Fail To Launch Direct x Error

Bug Description:

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
When i try to launch the game it returns an error saying Direct x 11 ver 10 is needed, i have been using DX 12 for a long time never had this issue before

I was getting the same thing 4 to 10 times a day - every day. In my case I finally solved it by setting the FPS cap in CE Settings to 60 FPS. A shame as my monitor is 120. FC should fix this for sure but in the meantime maybe that will help you in being able to load the game without so many errors?
