Got a video of Selma falling through 3 floors and then appearing as orange (obscured) back to where she was. The scenery is invisible on her return and she falls again once she gets to where she was. It happened after a check of the inventory menu.

Yeah. Unfortunate but took it in my stride. Didn’t edit it out of the video for that reason.
Later on I make a mistake in the first part of the engagement with Plutonia which was my own fault and more of an issue.
The glitch was just a bit “Oh… that’s a bit awkward.”
OK. So the actual fall is at closer to 13:50.
