Fast elevators not available

Fast elevators dont spawn in the library after using fragments, I’ve seen someone else talk about this so I tested it. 500 fragments of power yielded no fast elevators for me

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Get 500 fragments
  2. Spend them all in the library
  3. Check your inventory to find no fast elevators
  4. Fast elevator scroll can be spawned in through admin panel but not obtainable in game

Hi @Mayra once the team has had a chance to check into this, could we please get a quick update as to wether these new scrolls are indeed in the update so we can avoid wasting fragments trying to secure something that may/may not be there? It would be greatly appreciated cheers :+1:
