ok so basically ive got the fragment of power i give them to the library next to the guy says it has given me a scroll but nothing appears in my inventory also no added items to craft im on single player unofficial server am i doing something wrong is this only for testlive ?
The first fragment of power lets you use the library at all, every new fragment of power âsacrificedâ at the library should give you a new recipe (sometimes it is one you already have).
If you do not get a recipe although the fragment of power was spent, then please post this in the bug section of the forum.
BTW, do you use any mods?
You donât need a fragment to âunlockâ the library. You can just stand there with an empty inventory and still get the talent âlibrary of esoteric artifactsâ.
But I canât explain why you, @ryudarkprince didnât get any scrolls for your fragment. Are you sure, you clicked the âinteractâ-button and didnât use the fragment in your inventory?
You should also make sure if the scroll went to your hotbar instead of your normal inventory.
I hope this can solve your problem.
In that case they must have changed something, back then when I started using that library I needed the fragment of power the ghost of the librarian gave me to unlock it.

Probably. We use to get this talent for quick leveling on PvP. You just run in there and tap on the bookshelf. This gives you the talent and you are able to craft a metal skull (which you can use for quick leveling)
