Fatal error and client crashes to desktop

*** randomly my client will crash to desktop it just comes up with a small message that says Fatal error! and then crashes and asks to send a report to funcom. I have validated through steam but didn’t find anything.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

i have this crashes ranomly, i try send report evereytime, but i dont know if funcom review this or not.

Same problem seems very random. I have days the game may crash every time i tern around other days it runs fine.

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Processor: AMD FX™-8350 ~4.0GHz
Memory: 32GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB

I had the same problem.

After updating Windows, the issue stopped.

Later I updated the AMD drivers, too and no problem.

I think the fail was a .Net framework update… But not sure 100%
