As this is an old thread maybe it would be worth you posting a new thread with your issues on here
Sometimes it is not intuitive to post a report so make sure you read what @AndyB has to say right the way to the end, then others on here might be able to assist you with what may be going on with your game as Funcom seem not to be responding to any bugs, errors, reports, for a few months now.
