Fatal error single player mode

I keep getting this error message when I try to play single player.

Fatal error:
[File:C:\B\tech_exiles_0\code\UE4\Source\ConanSandbox\ConanGameMode.cpp] [Line: 513]
Backup restore failed, shutting down.

Game was working fine until I bought all the DLCs at once. On PvE I can play just fine, even use the expansion pack items. But my single player is where I made all of my progress.
Please help.
I already uninstalled the DLCs, ran the steam file check option, uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
