I am playing single-player and although Level 26 my Feats have not progressed past Level 7 !!! What do I have to do?
Spend knowledge points to buy the feats you want.

Sorry, I should have added that although points are awarded the game will not except them anywhere and I have accumalated over 80 unusable points on the FEATS MENU!!!
