Cannot learn new feats, clicking "unlock" does not do anything

After hitting level 17, I could no longer unlock feats. I had more than enough knowledge points but clicking on “unlock” did nothing. The button was pressed, but the feat was not unlocked and I could repeatedly press the unlock button and the feat would not unlock.
I removed the bracelet, this did not help. I restarted the character, this helped. I can now learn feats again but there is a delay in unlocking (I click the button and it takes a few seconds for it to grey out).

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Click on a feat you want to unlock
  2. Click unlock
  3. Nothing happens, feat stays locked

No, not as far as I can tell.

I’ve seen something like this.
sometimes the interface is slow.

Try clicking twice, It’s not like it will unselect. then switch to a different category and back to see if it unlocked.
