Most feats showing as red / unlearned in feats tab

Most feats are showing as red / unlearned in feats tab even though the user has full function to create / build the items.

I only noticed today because I long ago learned all I needed so I don’t check the feats tab ever.

Last time I had to use the tab was to learn the horse pens and saddle benches, and everything was working then. The only other thing I’ve done since then was buy the season 2 DLC which unlocked the new items but I don’t think I checked the feats tab because I could already build the new stuff.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Check feats tab, check for any learned feats showing up as unlearned.

Xb1 standard on official PVE server.
