Problem: Bug

Attached screens show the issue.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
- Place foundations.
- Attempt to place fence foundations against them.
- Get the results shown
This one shows what i want it to look like.
Rotating them does not work and they will not stick to the bottom of fences.
