Fencer weapon fitting will not apply to the predatory blade
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.make a fencer weapon fitting
2.apply to predatory blade
3. Be told this weapon cannot be modified with this modification
4.send another bug report
Im on ps4 and I can confirm this as well. Fencer fitting apply to other weapons but not on predatory blade.

I think the weapon has to have certain durability… try it on weapons over 1500 dura ? I was applying the mod for damage and ap on weapons today and found it only applied to some of them
