We understand your frustration and since we got word the Yellow lotus potion was causing troubles we’ve been adding it to the list of “Current known issues” on the patch notes. As:

• Yellow lotus potion (potion of natural learning) might erase acquired feats from Isle of Siptah and from the Library of Esoteric Artifacts.
