The flotsam set looks nice but you can not upgrade it like the sandstone set to tier 2… have not tried t3 yet
Only upgradeable with building sets from the Siptah expansion at the moment I think.
I can overlay it with the T3 Septah build but not T3 from any other DLC. I hope this is fixed soon as it makes building difficult.

Isn’t it like this with all dlc building parts?
At least from what mod creators have written it’s been like this, so mod parts can’t replace vanilla parts and so on.
