Not able to to upgrade from Flotsam tier to any tier 3 building. Is this suppose to be like this and will it be addressed before I start demoing peice by piece to upgrade to tier 3!!! Very time consuming to grind out the stuff and now I can’t upgrade I have to demo each single building piece and replace!
