Bug Description:
Follower just stops following and taking commands. im forced to go back to base, rescue it, just to do it all over again. does it everywhere, including open land. When it does respond on the off chance, it just runs in the opposite direction and then gets stuck again. this also seems to happen with the enemy AI as well, where they wont attack/move to attack at all.

Does this happen with a specific Thrall or every Thrall you have rescued?

Does rescuing them again seem to fix the issue or does it happen again later on?

it happens to every thrall, and after rescuing, it will happen again. I have also noticed that as this tends to happen, the AI at the trapper hut dont aggro and also dont move nor attack.
