Followers all missing after server startup - Overlapping with a placed object - error message

Bug Description:

Started back up a private server that has been offline for several months. It loaded all new updates, etc. When logging on to the client for the first time noticed that all Followers were missing/gone. Thralls were still on stations. Went to place new followers, example: Horse or any other follower and received the error “Overlapping with a placed object”.

Installed Mods:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Step 1 - Went to place new followers, example: Horse or any other follower and received the error “Overlapping with a placed object”.

Was the decay of the followers turned off? Do you see any followers in the follower tab? Does the event log say anything.

You have a bugged placeable somewhere most likely. You are also using AoC, which also has its own history of creating such bugs.

As for the missing Followers, what Narelle already said. But also, a recent AoC update wiped out all existing Followers.

Basically, not a game problem, its a mod problem.
