For 1295 you can get the Khopesh, the Shield and the Tattoo(?) plus the armor.
For 1000 you get the armor.
Damit i‘m tired of this discussion.
I didn’t say once that i‘m buying anything from the bazar, nor that i can’t control myself or have “FEAR”.
All i say is that i want a working product!
And it worked in the past! So why doesn’t it anymore?

If you are happy with CE and how tencent handles it, ENJOY IT.
But YOU HAPPY doesn’t = everyone happy
If you read through the forms you will realize most people aren’t happy. (Poll against the combat changes etc)

The real question I have over all of the FOMO and stuff like it is what is ethical marketing and how does it compare to the rest of marketing that does us FOMO (End of the year sales, black friday is an entire day of FOMO, etc)

Well, both of these bundles are as expensive/almost as expensive as the BP with 60 items.
I gotcha. More about price and scale and such. As a consumer, when I saw it, it helped “reinforce” the value of the armor set and the bundle. I can’t say a marketer would do this on purpose (basically waste a space on the Bazaar to illustrate), but it was very illustrative to me.
Have you enjoyed the Battle Pass gear? I have been laughing out loud at my collection of Golems and people seated at my Vanir Bar. Surprise, sleeper hit!
For me it’s more about quality. Before AoS the game was working on my ps4 pro besides some small things here and there.
I missed AoS completely because i quit after that, due to the lost progress this update caused.
Now i‘m back on a ps5 and it’s even worse?!
I‘m not that type of guy who falls victim to FOMO etc. I didn’t purchase anything from the bazar for months.
If FC would deliver high quality the prices would be justified in my opinion.

The difference is I quit at PS4, and devoted more time to getting a BMF PC, and am delighted because Keyboard/Mouse play is so much better with Conan Exiles, the graphics are incredible, and the gameplay is smooth and reliable. There are caveats, absolutely. And I am very sorry to hear performance on the PS5 is not better. It’s really disappointing.

funcom is punishing people if they happened to buy something that was available before, so if something new comes out you have to ditch more, as a appreciation of you supporting them… interesting the way funcom rewards people who support then a few months ago,
why is it so difficult to properly scalate their prices? , so if you end up buying more you get 100% credits of what you paid for the parts you bought before?
using the example, if you bought the armor for 1000, the rest of the bundle should cost you 295./
nice reward if you end up buying osmething without a combo,
same thing happened with the dungeon set and the aesir, it was cheaper if you buy the whole thing , but more expensive if you bought the first part of the bundle .
this is how funcom thanks people who supported them in the past?

If all the stuff we’ve unlocked and purchased was linked to some sort of FC account, i would actually consider that.
When i watch CE content creators i can see the difference for sure. But i don’t think i really want to buy the same stuff again.
Wouldn’t it be funny if i switch to PC and get banned immediately for incorrect CC balance.

I would really like to see this as well since I got an Xbox now and would love to see that CE community but just don’t want to rebuy every little thing again. I would buy the core game (it’s significantly easier to find a Day 1 disk on Xbox still wrapped) but the rest of it should just be cross platform purchasing since it’s just unlocks.

There is no ethical marketing just the occasional price drop. Why are there no ethics involved? Because bazaar items are only cosmetic and bare no requirement for game play. Just like the $75 monocle for EVE Online. If it doesn’t affect the game play in the slightest nobody should really care.
i think its funny the game is still advertising things to me that arent even available in the bazar anymore. looking at you aesir set and yamati tavern.
Or that people have to wait until chapter 4, for the yamati tavern pillow seating fix.
I didn’t buy that because i don’t even use the yamati building set.
But the people who purchased it… are probably excited
i think my support for this game is officially done.

I‘ve just seen the stygian bundle btw.
It contains the same stygian armor set they sold for 1000 cc + other things like a trebuchet and stuff for 1500 cc.
I can’t understand the pricing man, i honestly think they make this up as they go along.

Last thing i bought was the aesir building set when chapter 3 dropped. And i doubt i will buy anything in the future.
FOMO is in every single game out there.
Wait for a sale if your short on cash.
And don’t forget that these bazaar items are fully dependant on internet access, which they don’t state anywhere as far as I know. I can understand the reason behind their decision but other games do something similar while still letting you use the things you paid for if your internet has downtime or the servers are going through whatever problem they might have.
It’s pretty lame to be honest; which is why I will greatly reduce (if not stop altogether) buying crom coins. I refuse to support such a system that punish those who buy their stuff.

Sometimes on my private server all the stuff I’ve purchased is grey. And when i check my knowledge it’s gone.
I have to log out and back in then.
In Doom or Monster Hunter i have access to everything i‘ve unlocked or purchased at any given time.
