Foundations arent decaying and cant be interacted!

its been maybe more than 1 month that we have been waiting to settle in “deserters gutters”. However there are some foundations inside game constructs.(e.g: walls and undermesh style) Somehow previous owner placed foundations on ceiling too and they are almost inside the walls. those foundations also cannot be interacted and they dont get decay by itself either. there were some foundation on the ground and they decayed normally but not inside the walls and the ones on the ceiling.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Place half of the foundations into walls
2.Wait 1 month for decaying
3.Press E to interact but nothing happens
4.Decay time doesnt work so they remain forever

so we wanted to move to deserters gutter cuz bubble is bugged but deserter gutter is bugged as well in our server. its like game itself wants to kick us out. No admin or anything help us out?

Sorry, Cavexx, Funcom does not have the resources to administrate all the official servers.

If you go to Settings/Server Settings/Abandonment, is it somehow disabled, and/or what is the ‘Building Decay Time Multiplier’?

I know you cannot change them, but you should be able to view the settings.

it isnt disabled. it says 1.0. Also this iis official server and everything decays normally in other spots. Only in gutters, its smth wrong.

Could you post the exact coordinates, or a screenshot of the map standing where the problem is?

It may give the devs a clue.
