My husband and I have run through the Facility in Beseiged Farmlands several times, following the quest From the Velleys to the Stars and we are still outstanding the achievement for it.
I think this is the only achievement listed for The Facility, since it can only be done in story mode.
As a note - if you kill things too quickly, then sometimes it doesn’t update the mission requirement to advance.
For example - In The Polaris - The mission requirement to kill the Primordial Dweller will say “Kill the Primordial Dweller” only after it has been engaged, Previous to that it will say “Explore the wreck of the Polaris”. It takes a few seconds for that to update even once the Dweller has been engaged and sometimes you can kill it before it updates, thus it will still say “Kill the Primordial Dweller” once the dungeon is complete and the final boss has been defeated.
Other than that I am not sure what else.
I’ve just ran The Fac and didn’t find any bosses that have a 2 part update like this tho.
