Yeah, I think I saw something since that mentioned that change had gone into the patch notes but wound up not being in the patch for some reason. (Currently all the armor I’ve needed to repair has seemed to still be using padding as well). I’m guessing this change has just been delayed a bit and will probably come in to action soon.
