According to the server configuration, the damage on clanmates should be 0.2, however in practice after the update the full damage is applied in combat, as if they were enemies
well i will be pissed off if this is a bug as i said in this thread About pvp in this new update - General Discussion / Feedback - Funcom Forums it’s in fact an interesting road to balance pvp fight and make it more needfull in term of skill. but yeah intentional or not this is a big change in pvp combat.
