Full/Max Purge Meter with No Attempted Purge

Fill/Max Purge Meter with No Purge, Reset Purge Meter, Fill/Max Purge Meter with No Purge Again
We’ve been playing Conan Exiles since release on a dedicated/hosted (G-Portal if it matters) server. As such, we’ve seen a few purge issues that we were able to identify and at least make changes (e.g., issues with invalid spawn locations).
Since the 3.0 update, we’re now seeing a full/max purge meter without any purges and there isn’t anything in the server logs to indicate it’s even attempting to start. I’ve adjusted the purge settings a few times to see if anything would help, but so far we’ve been sitting on the max’ed purge meter and I’m not seeing any purge messages or errors in the log.

I initially did not have time restrictions for the purge at all, but when that wasn’t working I checked several official servers and saw they all had time restrictions so I thought I’d give that a shot.
I have my current server logs in PasteBin since it’s pretty large, but for some reason this forum won’t allow links so I’m not sure if I’m supposed to just paste the full server logs?
Either way, I’m not even seeing any purge messages in the log to start troubleshooting, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
