Been scouring the interwebs and the forums for this but I can’t seem to find a solution for my specific situation. The DLC wasn’t included in the xbox game when I got it for a buddy of mine. Even tried to change the region of his xbox to see if it was available. We changed it to New Zeland and saw it but not sold separately. It wanted us to purchase the game again. Is there a solution for this or is full nudity just not an option for any new players in the US?

Is there anything we can do? A work around that’s available?
You would need to change the region on your Xbox and add a VPN probably. I don’t have that problem here, so I’m just guessing

Ok, I’m just trying to exhaust all options.
Is this a bug for FunCom to address or was this intentional? I’m also trying to educate myself on the issue.
No full nudity on Xbox in the US is intentional. Same with PlayStation over there.
