Missing Free Nudity DLC Xbox one

I bought the game when it was in xbox game preview (Digital UK store) and now can not download the free nudity dlc now that i’m returning to the game.
I have not recieved a code in my email (Not that i have noticed anyway)

Is it possible to get the free nudity without having to repurchase the game?
