Ok guys, we’re going to pull our resources together and figure a few things out so you can stop ruining the game. First of all, if you just want everyone to move to private servers stop being cowardly and just say it. Once upon a time official servers it was unheard of for Funcom to step in. I mean, you guys knew about the dupe and it took how long to fix it? After years of leaving players to figure it out for themselves, now you try to make up for all the missing years by overdoing it. I’m so tired of reading the forums and seeing another clan getting banned for not building to your standards when you haven’t done anything but put overly vague descriptions of what is acceptable. If there is a spot that you don’t want people building in add the little “building is not allowed here” option and go about your day. You’re literally setting people up for failure. But let’s say you find a spot that isn’t “blocking” a rabbit spawn you guys have yet to give clear building limits that won’t get people banned. How hard is it to come up with clear and precise rules for people to follow? Survive, BUILD, Dominate. We can’t survive because you ban people because one person who can’t raid reports a base and the admin can’t conduct an actual investigation to save their life. Can’t build because you guys just wipe a base because it doesn’t hold up to your vague expectations. And if any of you even THINK about dominating you better change your mind real quick because that will get you banned quicker than the rest.
These are some items you can start with fixing for us, the people that bought your game.
I would now like to take the time to submit my application to be a moderator on Conan Officials and help you guys quit ruining it. If you don’t hire me then you’ll continue to spiral down and there will be no hope. I am your only option for success. When Funcom quits caring about their players, Goodkat cares. Under my new leadership I will Make Conan Great Again.
I have 100 hours of actual gameplay on a PVE server. I logged in twice to a PVP server. I’m incapable of making an informed decision. I may be overqualified actually.
Hey look a fellow person who agrees something is wrong here. Funny thing is after a long fun war the same people who reported us( after we smacked them up and yes another 10 man clan) is now threatening to report us on every server we go to. the sad thing is they have us beat because it really doesn’t take much to get banned now. I think he’s posting satire. A satirical commentary on all the self proclaimed victims that post here daily winning and crying about their virtual doll houses being wrecked because they are unable to even follow some simple basic rules yet believe themselves qualified to tell FC how to “fix” things. LOL

The problem is, this satire is actually too close to the reality here on the forums.
I agree with you anyone with decent understanding or common sense should be able to correct this issue unless the plan was to crash the whole eco system as you stated. Even without moderators the game will be fine on its own.
