Courtyards are not against ToC. Large ones like in the example post are. This isn’t even comparable.
The purpose of huge courtyards is literally to prevent others from building near you or accessing your “yard”.
This small courtyard is normal on PVP, it has function and isn’t impacting other players.
We can try to reason this all we want, Funcom did what they did. It’s not ok.
