Dana canāt do anything, they just relay info.
At this point Iām pretty much convinced that Funcom doesnāt have any employees anymore. Itās just an AI, and not a good one, running the whole show.

Stop hoping, just let it go and move on
If they havenāt come back on PS yet then you are lucky. Players are duping everything including Gods using the server transfers. PvP is pretty much dead now anywhere that has transfers.
@Dana Please act immediately! Characters are not deleted from the cloud after being transferred and can be duplicated multiple times. Also, please disable the transfer of God Tokens. Act right now!!! Otherwise, shut down this server transfer feature againāthings cannot go on like this!
