I don’t understand. Part of your definition of your “type” is that you have no problem rebuilding.
Which is appropriate for this game, because rebuilding is a big part of it.
What’s wrong with starting over once a year?
By “type” the OP might of been referring to PvE or PvE-C “rebuilding” only really applies to PvP unless they get the purge working correctly. 
PvE servers also have only a 1x gather rate so rebuilding can take longer.
