Funcom ID change confirmation

Hello.

I’ve followed the instructions to request an Funcom ID change, but I haven’t received any confirmation email to follow up, or a ticket number. I submitted my request yesterday. Has anyone else experienced this, or does it take a couple of days to receive confirmation?

I submitted a ticket yesterday, through the in-game request help button, to request my Funcom ID change, so am keeping an eye out.

I hope our tickets get picked up and we can get them resolved.
