What is wrong? Funcom ID change

I opened a ticket through the in-game overlay to change my Funcom ID. It has been a month with no answer. Now I responded to the confirmation email, and the system wrote back that the ticket is already closed. Is this what is called “customer support”?

It looks like your Funcom ID change request got closed automatically without anyone actually helping you, which explains why you waited a month with no reply and then got the “ticket closed” message when you followed up. It’s definitely frustrating, and the best thing you can do now is open a fresh ticket or contact Funcom support through their site or forums so someone can properly look into it.

Hm… already done. Opened multiple tickets. No confirmation email. No custom answer. Not from the ingame tool, except funcom help center.

Is there any way to talk with a community manager?
