Funcom my thralls keeps disappearing and what makes it worst is when you spend time upgrading just to find out they gone

Not a whole lot to go on here… are you on a private server, single player/co-op, or official server? It could be your settings if you’re not an official server. Official server settings are 10 days for thralls iirc… also, they’re linked to the clan, so they don’t even need to be nearby to refresh. You or a clanmate just have to log in.

For example, what’s you console ps4 or ps5?
Do you play on single player, or online?
How exactly you find out that they disappear?
Do you check your followers list?
Do you check your event log?
How many thralls you have already?

Hey my console is a PS4 console I play PvP
I play on official server 3222 they just disappear like gone like it never ever happened I do check my followers list nothing I had 14 thralls disappear so far and I have a new set of 5 thralls
What happens now recently also when I capture a thrall they fall right through the ground I don’t know where they fall to lol but they disappear
What actually upset me about the original 14 thralls that disappeared the time that went in to upgrading them

When did they disappear? If it was about a month ago, all the servers got rolled back. However, some people mentioned that their thralls disappeared again after the rollback. You can check out a few reports of that happening on the forum here.
As for the thralls that fall through the ground when you knock them out, that’s a long standing bug. Just leave the area or log out and log back in and they’ll be there. They just need to rerender.

I am sorry m8, did you try to contact Zendesk? My ps4 died a couple weeks ago and i proceed to ps5. Did you ask other ps4 players if they have similar issues?

Your companions can sometimes cross the ground to find themselves under the map, however they can be recovered by removing the building blocks under which they are located.
This sometimes happens when a nearby structure is built or replaced.
It’s an old bug that comes back from time to time, according to recent reports it appears that when the enslaved NPCs disappear under the map, they continue to fall and end up dying.
There is currently a glich used by evil people to kill other players’ NPCs.
To find out the exact cause of your problem, take a screenshot of the event log and post it on the forum .

1 - Upon your thralls disappearance, were there any records of what happened in your Event logs?
2 - Do you remember when was the last time you had logged in, before the day you noticed your thralls were gone?
