Funcom Points charge but still no points

I purchased the funcom points 2 times, first the $20 package then the $5 package and only received the points from the second purchase. I read that this can take some time even possibly between 7-9 business days. I’m on day 8, still not seeing anything.

Created this post to see if I can get my points pushed through.

So is there no support for this apparently? I still never got the points I purchased. I since have purchased a second time and this one went through, but I still don’t have the 2400 from the last purchase. It’s making me think it’s not worth spending money on these games.
