I just enter in 1200 pvp and start screen to creat new character.WTF guys you doing.Can you please fix this asap we wana play the game.Leave us alone with your briliants udates ,first test then release update.I work hard last day and night to update base and now all disapere.I not go to creat new character im waiting fix tonight.This must be fixed asap,you destroy all fun.Others players missing half base,half inventori,wtf you just do…

I imagine they did a rollback do revert the actions of the hackers who were abusing the bug that just got patched. I wonder if they rolled back all the servers or just the ones that were affected.

ok but why my character gone,and like i say above 1 guys missiong all items in base,each box is empty half tables not have in base,other random guy was 60 level now 14 that is what i know for now,but each players have some big problem

If your character is gone and another character who was level 60 is now level 14, that all sounds like a rollback. A rollback means that Funcom took the server backups from some point in the past (sounds like a few days ago) and restored the server from those backups. It’s impossible to selectively “undo” what a hacker has done – the only two things they can do is: 1) leave everything as it is, or 2) roll everything back to as it was.
It’s a lot more worrying that I’ve read reports that the hackers are still active. I wonder if that means that the patch didn’t close whatever security hole these guys were using.

A bunch of other players lost even more than that, thanks to hackers. I normally try to be civil to everyone on the forums, but if you really can’t scrounge up some empathy for those who got hacked, then we’re all better off if you really do quit and don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Hello @errordetection, as you might now be aware due to a recent event with a hacker we’ve had to issue a rollback to the most afflicted servers, which is a measure reserved for only the most extreme cases.
We’ll be issuing an official statement as soon as possible, please understand that this is not a decision that has been taken lightly.

When you guys go roll back server i lost chracter,base,all on my server 1200.I work hard day and nigh with no sleep to collect some items.I support game how much i can i buy almost all dlc to, not buy only 2,and because some cheater you punished me (wipe me from server).My wife lose same allot items and half base.Some guy comment in some post that, this is worst then cheaters (roll back server) we lost all.You guys work on fix or you make me to quit from game?I pray you to fix this and give us all back.We realy wana play the game.Im sure that i not wana start again game from stone age because i work hard and lost all in half day.If you not wana fix this can you help me with resources/some items, to start again?
