Game crash when friend joins my world

Bug Description: When my friend attempts to join my world, my game crashes and a “Fatal Error” comes up, right after we updated the game to the latest patch. (15/6/2021)

Expected Behavior:

I need a solution

Steps to Reproduce: Friend attempts to join, I crash.

Thank you for your report. Could you share more information regarding this issue?

  • Were your friend trying to join directly from steam? Or through an invitation from you?
  • Do you have a new recently created game or were you trying to continue one from before the patch?
  • On which map were you playing: Exiled Lands or Isle of Siptah?

Hello and thank you for your reply.

We tried both, but nothing changed. I then tried joining a world of his and it was fine without any problems.
We’ve been playing on that world for about a week now without crashes or any problems whatsoever.
We’re playing on Exiled Lands.

Ok we found a hotfix. I walked far enough so that when he spawned in my world, he would teleport on top of me.
