Game crashes at startup, black window forever

Crash:

When opening the game window is full black, nothing happens until the games stops responding. Tried every workaround found in forums and the steam community (disable steam overlay, run as administrator, compatibility mode, repair VC redistributable, direct x, etc…).

Installed Mods:

none

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1 : open game
Step 2 : game stops responding
Step 3 : game closes
