Game crashes repeatedly with D3D error

Greetings!

Just installed the game. The most crash-happy experience I’ve ever had. Produces a D3D error.

System: AMD 2950X, EVGA 1070 FTW2, 32GB RAM. Latest graphics drivers installed.

Try a reboot first, if that doesnt work, clean video driver install (I know you have the latest, but give it a scrub) and if that doesnt work, try it with integrated graphics set to default. D3D errors are from the unreal engine itself.

Thank you for the reply.

I did the following things:

  1. Verified file integrity.
  2. Rebooted.
  3. As there was a game update today, applied that as well.
  4. Set the game window mode to Window Fullscreen and restarted it.

I don’t know which of the above actually fixed the problem though.

Game seems to be running with no issue now.
