Fatal Error when open the game

When i lanching the game i receive a error “the ue4-conansandbox game has crashed and will close” with message “Fatal error” → i click ok then it close my game.

I already reinstall the game, verify, update windows, update driver. Can anyone help me fix this. I just buy game and i can’t play.

Is TaskGraphThreadBP related to BattlePass ?

I can see why you would think that BP would be related to Battle Pass,
BP in this case stands for Blue Print which there are many in Conan as it uses Unreal Engine, see here for Unreal’s Explanation of what are Blueprints.

With regards to the error you are seeing you can determine that the crash was caused by Runnable Thread TaskGraphThreadBP 10,
It cause an Exception_Access_Violation when attempting to read from Memory Address 0x000007d8,

It is a memory-related error, which prevents applications from running due to insufficient read/write permissions while accessing the system memory
as one explanation puts it.

The culprit in this case is thread number 10 that was part of the TaskGraph thread, this is similar to the task scheduler in windows .

With regards to the original posters log he experienced an issue here,

He also had an error retrieving the real time from http://worldtimeapi.org/ as shown here, but as with another poster this seems to be an issue with his country regarding this non retrieving of the realtime.
