Fatal crash on startup or when connecting to funcom service

Bug Description:

“Fatal error!” The UE4-ConanSandbox Game has crashed on game startup


Bug Reproduction:

When launching the game from the launcher or the Win64 folder it would give the fatal error message and close the game, it also happens when I start the game offline and connect to the internet when it gets to the main menu and try to connect to funcom service

Hi,
Your log looks normal, what could be the issue is your graphics card there are quite a few with RTX’s that have crashed, I am searching the forums for you now to pas the links on to you here.

I get this when I start the game but it plays the intro cutscene and goes black after
