Any suggestions to fix? it hangs forever whenever i open store/ mail

Hmm, how long have you waited? try typing /reloadui in chat before opening mail / auction house.
I think there was a mod meant to prevent crashing from extra long FL maybe that could also help here? I don’t use it and dont have a link myself unfortunately

Some time ago the game would lock the entire PC up, not just a crash or ctd or where you could end via task manager but a complete lockup of the PC when you opened your friends list or your cabal management window.
It would happen to people who had large amounts of friends or in large cabals - it seemed to attempt to refresh multiple times causing a crash. There is a fix for that in this forum.
