What upgrade ability are you referring to?
Thralls have various effects depending on their crafting station, which one is causing the issue?

With the limited information I have from the post, I believe the issue’s root is the thrall not going into the thrall slot and therefore not gaining the bonuses. Chapter 3 had a side effect where crafting thralls do not automatically slot into their square in the bench and instead into the inventory of said bench. If you are not paying attention, you wouldn’t notice this change and assume crafting thrall bonuses are no longer active. If you notice your thrall is in the inventory section of the bench and not in the thrall section of the bench, manually move the thrall into the thrall section and try again.

Hola el problema es que en cualquier mesa con cualquier esclavo hasta los t4 por ejemplo quiero fabricar un arma gran hacha metal celestial sin esclavo de la espada 67 de daño con el 87 pero no me aparece el aumento pues asi con todo lo de fabricar

Colocaste el esclavo en su casilla en la mesa? Como dijo @erjoh, ahora hay que hacerlo a mano. Antes se podía con doble-click, pero ahora no, tienes que arrastrarlo.
Acabo de hacer unas pruebas en mi single-player, y todo funciona bien. El tema es que si tu esclavo está en el inventario de la mesa, en vez de la casilla del esclavo:
…entonces, no te va a dar ningun aumento:
Pero si lo colocas en la casilla antes de fabricar el arma, te proporciona el aumento que debería:

Si ya lo puse bien lo saque y lo volvi a poner pero nada el si yo le pongo el esclavo me da 82 pero no me marca eso me sigue diciendo 67 en la masa comprendes antes de craftear
osea que si quiero ver un arma cuanto el aumenta el herrero no puedo ni durabilidad ni nada

Si, eso es así hace tiempo. Es un bug.
So, for everyone who doesn’t speak Spanish, the bug @Sebaslopez152 is talking about is that the crafting station does not show the correct value before crafting, in the crafting menu:
And yeah, although it’s been like that for-freaking-ever, it really should show the correct value
